SuspendedWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New York I am a member of an ambulance corps in New York. I was suspended today by the captain for a quote that I have on my myspace page. The quote on my page has been there for a few weeks and to be honest, its quite tasteless, but its not directed at any one person. The quote is simply there due to an inside joke with some friends that are firefighters. A member of the ambulance corps who I have had problems with in the past complained to our captain about it. Today I was suspended for it and I feel like its wrong. Do they have a right to suspend me for something on my page that has nothing to do with the ambulance corps? It just doesnt seem right.. |
