What I would like to know is that as a citizien we have a certain time line to file papers with the court. If a case were to go to the appeals court and the appeals court found that the sentence stands. Then does the clerk of courts in the original court have a time line to file papers with the jail or who ever to make sure the sentence is followed out. Or after two or even ten years go by and they find out that the time was never sat can they still enforce it. If we have a time line so should the courts.
