What is the name of your state? IN

Is it legal for a municipality to video and audio record it's employees at a government facility and have the capability to view and listen to live feed at the administrator's residence?

the answer is no it is not legal, because that would violate privacy laws of a workplace, unless you have agreed to a contract that grants the company that right, or they have a legitimate reason to do so.

This answer is totally false. It is legal to record employees in the work place, except for a few places, ie, the restroom, you should expect no rights to privacy. The big but in this equation is having this info sent to a private residence. This issue should be directed at the employees union if applicable or the municipalities legal department. I would also get the state's attorney general's office involved.

Your answer is false: The Electronic Communications Privacy Act states it
only allows an employer to monitor a personal call if an employee knows the employer is monitoring the call, and the employee gives consent. If consent is not given, the employer must hang up as soon as the employer recognizes it's a personal call.

All other business ralted calls are fair game
