Violation of 14th amendment due process..

Date(s) of Alleged Misconduct: 6/18/08 - 6/19/08 Factual Details of my complaint:On these two days I experienced a blatent violation of my constitutional rights by A judge in shelby county texas ,In cooperation with austin finance and an unknown tow truck driver to repossess my vehicle that i use primarily for medical transportation..I have in my possession supporting documents along with a detailed summary of events prepared by my legal aid attorney in the form of a demand letter to the parties involved..However,At this point i am not sure if my legal aid attorney will address the constitutional violations,as he is currently concentrating on helping me get my vehicle back. i have supporting documents that will show without a doubt a violation of due proces committed by this judge ..This violation is a malicious and intentional act. on these days I phoned this judges office and spoke with his assistant on both occassions of 6/18/08 & 6/19/08 and pleaded with him to allow me to appear and present my case before he issued the order to reposses my car..and on both occassions he denied me the opportunity to address their claim..In fact, he informed the assistant while i was on the phone with her that he was writing the order as we spoke..It was only after the Judge received the demand letter from my public attorney, and after he had already violated my right to due process, Austin Finance decided to return my vehicle approx one week later in an attempt to undue their violation of law...and approx two days later filed a law suit against me after the facts in the same court that has shown contempt for my civil rights. Therefore it is my observation that in addition to constitutional violations, this judge has used his position to advance the private interest of Austin Finance at the expense of fairness, and integrity of due process. In addition to all of the above, this judge has again ceased my vehicle with an order of sequestration at the request of this finance company, and without giving me an opportunity to be heard.my question is..at what point does it become a criminal when a judge is clearly in the pockets of a private company???What is the name of your state (TEXAS)?

There is nothing here which implicates the constitution. Due process does not mean at your convience.

Why are you posting on an internet forum? Take your case to a local attorney and see what s/he thinks...

Where does it say you paid?

Do you have any FACTS (as opposed to CONCLUSIONS?)
