What Constitutional Rights!!!!

I am from California and cannot believe the miscarriage of Justice I have experianced this last year, from code enforcement to the U.S Attorneys office. My question is this. How is it possible for the "system" to "deviate away" from the Constitution of the United States of America, written for the people, by the people?????

Are you talking about the pending 28th Amendment to ensure the rights of the people to ask incomprehensibly general and non-specific questions?

Racketeering and Corruption within our Goverment!!!

There is nothing vague about my question, to the contrary it is very specific. You must be affiliated with the racketeering and corruption that goes on within our government entities. For a year now I have compiled evidence of this corruption, the violations of my amendment rights, the abuse of the powers of our government officials that are and have been paid to protect those rights. The day of reckoning will soon come for the violation of those rights being violated. I tried to play by the book of Federal Civil Proceedures, I soon found out that they didn't. So I threw it away and started to collect verifiable evidence of their Racketeering and Corruption (RICO ACT), which travels from the Municipal level all the way to the Federal Judges in the 9th District. Dealing with the Judical System has been like bringing a knife to a gun fight. But I have armed myself with a very powerful tool and that is what we call knowledge, facts and proof to substantiate all their criminal behavior. Here's where I have encountered a problem, where do you go if you have proof? The Racketeering and Corruption is within the DA's, U.S. Attorney, Sheriff's, Courts, Judges. The FBI is the one you are suppose to communicate any corruption with but the head of it in California is the old U.S.Attorney!!!! What is a fact is that our country's National Security has been at jeopardy by the elicit behavior of Judges and Magistrates. Our right to "due process" denied, Our 1st, 4th, 5th, 7, 14th amendments are continually violated with no recourse. No I am not anti government, I am anti corruption. We need our Government to reread what our Constitutional Rights are and what are suppose to be afforded to us as Americans and apply them without deviating away from what was written over 200 years ago. Cemeteries across this Country are filled with those that have given the ultimate sacrifice for this Country, why don't these Corrupt Officials quit stepping on and s***ting on their graves.....

Okay. Well, you worry about all that and the rest of us will worry that they apparently haven't violated your 2nd.

Excuse me, I have a lot of racketeering and corrupting to catch up on.

Al Hr

Any time I see the phrase "The day of reckoning will soon come" I think about tinfoil hats. Not sure why?
