what do I do


What is the name of your state? missouri My constitutional rights have been violated by being a detainee and having atty.\client mail opened outside my presence what am I supposed to do I still have a pending case

I need advice on how to go about presenting this to the courts so if you can help it would be appreicated if not keep your comments to yourself

Just not sure where you are trying to go with this!
Are you currently in Jail, and are now upset that they opened your mail before passing it along to you?

Where do detainees get Internet access? Are our taxes paying for this and if so, I'm pi$$ed!!

The reality house is a halfway house I am allowed to go to work to pay for my incareration

You have to go through your jails grievance procedures first. Once you exhaust the remedies then you can file suit. Are you a sentenced inmate?

no I am detained on bond whih is also a questionable constitutional violation being as I did post a surety bond in the ammount of 10 thousand dollars

I'm being made stay at a jail facility when not working if your not free to leave at any time you are detained
