| | | Asked to pay for lost deposit
What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Maryland
A deposit was put into the safe and never made it to the bank now employer is asking to be payed the amount of lost deposit actually takeing money out of pay check. IsTHIS LEGAL? |

(2) authorized expressly in writing by the employee;
