Business invitation - training from India on B1/B2 visa

Texas - Houston,
A Indian company have branch office in Houston . based on the Houston office , Indian company haired some employee and they got US visa B1/B2 . on training bases, in India its told the allowance for each day 40$. Few employee reach over Houston .. and started work the first day Houston employee told 40$ mint working in week . +20 hr over time ..
The concept of Indian company to make money bases of On Job training. Fact is no activity in India office . just hire people and send them for visa interview but finally few employees got rejected .. there on the mid way ..

In Houston office they don’t have work place . so Houston office sending employee to other office to work over there . Indian company making money based on working our @ billing … is it acceptable ?? if mean employee is working rite?

My question is how I can stop further visa issue by US consulate ??
Each day allowance is stuffiest for da @ 40$ ??? company billing 60$ @ per/hr the profit was very much high for company .. but employee loosing him self? How do I stop this business ??

The Indian company taking advantage of employee … employee behind the money .. after reaching over USA all got realize how much each person loosing his energy to make profit for employer ……..

Can any one suggest me how I cant stop this visa issue

thx

I don't think this is an employment law question, I think it's an immigration question. Try re-posting it in the immigration forum.
