I Am A Truck Driver, Tractor Trailer. Because Of Damage To Trailer, Employer Held Paycheck To Pay Damage. Terminated Employment And
Taking Me To Small Claims For Balance. WAS DIRECT DEPOSIT, THEY WITHDREW THE PREVIOUS DEPOSIT THAT SAME DAY.

While it's possible for you employer to take you to court to pursue the cost of the damage for which they believe you are responsible, it is quite unlikely they can simply withhold your paycheck. Contact Ohio's Department of Labor to discuss this and file a complaint.
