| | | Final Paycheck What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
I'm in Texas and wondering if my former employer can require me to pick up my final paycheck in person. I quit with no notice as the owner of the company was creaping me out-making inappropriate comments, etc. He sent me an email saying that he is holding my final check and I can get it from him personally. Can he do this? |
