What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA

My company is offering employees the choice of taking a one-week furlough during Q3 2009 or a 5% paycut during this time period. However, I do not have this choice, as I am going out on disability (pregnancy) at the end of July. They are telling me I must take the furlough and cannot take the pay cut.

Can they offer everyone else the choice but force me to take furlough? It seems they are discriminating against me because I am pregnant.

(For the record - I did the math and the pay cut is financially favorable to the furlough for me!)
