Have been on low earnings for 2 months and am behind on insurance premiums. Started working again and my entire paycheck is being taken for health insurance premiums. Is this legal. West Virginia

Probably not. But it would be legal to multiply hours worked times minimum wage, add in any overtime, and take everything that exceeds that total. And to keep doing that every week until the arrears is paid.

Health insurance deductions are not wage garnishments subject to some livability. They are allowable deduction from pay under state law.
