Flat rateEach job has a set time that is paid for the job. Ie clutch 5 hrs. Oil change pays .4 etc |

| As long as your gross pay divided by your total hours worked (including the meetings) equals at least minimum wage and you get overtime pay if you work over 40 hours per week, the employer is in compliance with wage and hour laws.
