What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Maryland
I work for a company that sells out of date drinks. They purposely remove the dates and sell the products. Is it against the law to do this? |

Only very specific products (Milk, eggs, meat) have to have a "use by" date.
Most products do not. The date is put on as a courtesy.
