OverpaidWhat is the name of your state? Oregon I went on maternity leave a few months back and then decided not to go back to work at all. My employer made several mistakes in my pay and ended up over paying me while I was on leave. They now want ALL the money back (gross). Am I legally obligated to pay it back? What about my W2s and money paid to my retirement fund, etc? |

Yes, you are obligated to pay it back. *sigh* is this the third post on this subject today?
