Please Help Me-Company not paying Bonus

Hi,

I am from Delhi (India) working in a Pvt.Ltd. (Registered with Registrar of Companies). As per Indian Bonus Act, 1965 - if 20 or more employees in any company or factory is eligible to pay minimum bonus 8.33% of annual income. But my company not paying bonus. What Should I do, Can i file any companint against my company and where I can file my complaint.
