I have been working in saudi,Riyadh organisation since 8 years as it support and Indian nationality and my contact renewal date is on 8th August 2016 before 15 days of contact day the manager sent a mail to me for reduction in the monthly salary.. What should I do? Is it legal to give notice before 15 days for salary reduction or illegal. They said new contract will issue from nxt mnths after settlement of end of service benefits with new salary which is low as compare to current salary. Please advice me what should I do and they are illegal then should I case on org. Or not??
