What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? florida

WE ARE AN H2B VISA AND OUR SALARY IS ALWAYS DELAYED FOR ALMOS A MONTH.BASED ON OUR CONTRACT ALSO WE HAVE FREE ACCOMODATION BUT OUR EMPLOYER GAVE US A 1 BEDROOM APARTMENT FOR 6-7 PERSON.WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF WE WILL COMPLAIN TO THE LABOR?

There is no "the labor" in the U.S.

When do you get your paycheck in relation to the end of the pay period?

There is no law, to my knowledge, that requires certain conditions when providing housing.
