Hi.. I was working as a home delivery boy with a payment of $35 per hour. In the meanwhile, my mom died and I had taken one week leave. When I got the salary, I have noted deduction of about $2000 from my salary. They told my salary is decreased to $25 per hour and I got shocked. They didn't even notify me about this. Is there any chance to get back my money via legal support? What I will do? Please help me as soon as possible.

Whether you need to be notified of a change in rate, if so how far in advance, and whether it can be retroactive is very much an issue of state law. No Federal law prohibits any of this; what happened to you is perfectly legal under Federal law. Under state law it may or may not. So you really are going to have to answer the question about your state.
