I completed every exit formality except keeping a last mail and informing my manager before leaving on my last day.
They new about everything before hand but in hurry, I didn't inform on my last day. For that reason they gave my relieving papers after 8 months and now they are even paying me less than half of my actual salary. Please suggest me what to do. They are saying that I didn't complete the exit formality hence I am absconded and I do not deserve any amount. But I have given resignation, faced notice period and documents of last day, KT was also reported. Please let me know whether I deserve my full salary or not.
