What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? WA

When a commissioned salesperson leaves a company, and no contract exists defining post employment compensation, how are commissions handled? My sales are documented by annual contracts but typically are delivered/paid monthly.

Then they would be handled how the company wants to handle them. If you are not satisfied and believe you are owed more, your could sue them.
