I work for T-Mobile as a Associate Manager. Previous, there used to a Supervisor position below this role which was my title. The company decided to consolidate my role into an Associate Manager role but did not increase my pay to match that of a Associate Manager. Currently, newly hired Associate Managers make more than I do. Is there even a chance to win a lawsuit or is this something that can happen?

This is quite common and quite legal. You'd never get near a courtroom and if by some fluke it did, the judge would tear strips out of you for wasting his time.
