My first paycheck by my employer was destroyed in a washing machine, I told them about it about a month into my job. It was the check for orientation.
Since the first time I've told them, I've contacted them 2 more times and still have not received my check. I have a feeling that if I were to call them again, making it the FOURTH TIME, that I still would not get my check...
It has been 3 MONTHS, since I was let go.
Can I take legal action against this?
If so, how should I go about it?
