tips

What is the name of your state? NJ

I work at a commuter bar in essex county NJ, my manger (the owners spouse) comes in every weekday at 3 or 4 pm and from 3 to 6pm she takes half of the tips and usually she isn't even in the bar. When I first started last year she trained me for two weeks and all the tips that were given to me, she took all of it because she had to train me. They have a new bartender every one or two months and they do this to all of them.

Someone told me that if she isn't on the payroll she is not supposed to take our tips. I would like to know what can be done to keep her from doing this?

And what did your state department of labor say when you asked them??

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) filed in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.7M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!
