I reside in Nevada and work in a privately owned automotive repair facility. We are required to attend MANDATORY meetings that are generally held in the evening from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm this interrupts family time for employees and therefore I feel should be paid meetings. I understand that we are not "hourly employees" per se however our time family time is valuable.
Since we are paid flag time based on repair manuals, how and if we should be compensated.
Thanks for your time and attention,

Unless you are exempt, mandatory meetings are considered hours worked.

What exactly are your job duties? How ARE you paid? Job rate?
