I currently work for a small social services organization that is having financial difficulty. We have done some restructuring of the company, and employees are now having a difficult time being paid. I now have many backed checks, and have not been paid since late April. Plus some of these checks overdrafted in my account, costing me more money. I am now owed 4 paychecks, and numerous overdraft fees. I am not sure if there is any legal action I can take? I want badly to get out of this company, but cannot find other employment currently, and am afraid I won't get my money if I quit...help!?:eek:

Your recourse is going to depend on what state you work in, which you did not supply as requested when you started your thread.
