| | | where do I file? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas
I live in Texas, the company that hasn't fully paid me for the work I did is in Colorado. The work was done in Texas. Where do i sue?
I am owed over $14,000 in backpay for a contract labor position I was working for 6 months, as well as 2,000 in unreimbursed expenses for purchases made for their jobs.
What are my options? Where do I sue? |
