Three siblings own land that is left in a trust for them. Sibling A wants to purchase the land from the other two at a discounted price. Sibling B is willing to sell his share but sibling C is NOT willing to sell his share. Sibling A and B are teaming up against sibling C and trying to force him to sell ASAP, they are telling countless lies and constantly contradicting themselves with reasons they want her to sell. Basically, stopping at NOTHING until they get there way. Sibling C does not want to sell at this time, maybe in the future but not right now. Can they make sibling C sell now or ever for that matter? Also, can a trust be set up to where the buyout is a certain set amount that can not be changed irrelevant to the actual value of the land.

Thanks for your help.

PS. any insight for why sibling A and B are working so hard and ripping the family apart for this? It should be noted that sibling B is worth millions, so it is not for the money. What is the name of your state? Texas

Q: Can they make sibling C sell now or ever for that matter?

A: What, EXACTLY, does the trust say?

Q: any insight for why sibling A and B are working so hard and ripping the family apart for this?

A: Yes. This is the way human beings act.

We are waiting on a copy of the trust to see exactly what is says. They seem to be guarding it with their life.

If the title is still in the trust, whoever the trustee is will need to follow the trust document to dispose of it.

If the trust has deeded the property over to the three heirs, then a partition suit can force the sale of the land.
