Dear freeadvice.com,

If an estate of land in Arkansas is under the stipulation in a will that it cannot be sold within 10 years of the deceased passing, can it be leased by the benificiary if they do not want to use the land? And if so, can the benificiary sign a ninety-nine year lease? Is this a legal action anymore? Thank you, VJ
