In the state of Pennsylvania, a couple had been married about 12 years ago. She left him approx.10 years ago to live with another man as man and wife. They continued the marriage only by not divorcing. They lived to completely different and seperate lives. Does she reliquish any rights as surviving spouse?

I believe that she has the same rights to his estate as a surviving spouse who lived with him.
