While I live in MO, I am inquiring about A trust that exists in MT. I am conservator for this trust and need to know the steps to take to move it to NE

The trust continues to exist. I am confused however, as trusts have trustees, NOT conservators. Ask the lawyer who drew the trust if s/he would suggest any changes, assuming that the trust would permit changes, with or without court order.
