Abusive Trustee

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California. Have a trustee that has been making personal, unsecured, interest only, 6% interest loans to himself without notifying me or asking my permission. 5 loans totaling $50,000.00 so far. How do I file a complaint?

Is this trustee also a beneficiary? Does the trust document address this situation? Contact the trustee and demand an immediate explanation. If the explanation is not acceptable, contact an attorney as soon as possible (like today!).
