help, I need help on how to handle someone who claiming possession of some property thought adverse possession stating that since she live on the property for seven years and paid of a loan on the property without nofitying the original heir to the property or let them know she was doing this by deeding the property to herself?

Adverse possession is complicated and will liklely need you to get a lawyer involved. A real estate lawyer is the way to go.
