What is the name of your state? California

I am 69 years old. My house is in a living trust for the last 2 1/2 years. I want to rent-to- own it to my Granddaughter. My husband was on Medi-Cal for 10 months about a year before he died. How would this affect Medi-Cal eligibility for me, in the event I need it? Or if she obtains other financing and buys it outright?

Thank you...What is the name of your state?

Rent is income that must be reported as is the sale of your home.
