What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? wa.my friends mom passed away and theres no will,she does not have enough property to go through probate,she has a car, mobile home and cash in a checking account,all three worth less than 10,000,what form would her daughter need to get the title to the trailer and car in her name and access to her mothers bank account.What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

after reading that website,if im not mistaken you can only use that document for personal property and not real property which a mobile home and car fall under,unless im missing something,any more input would be much apprectiated.

A car is personal property.

I don't know whether mobile homes are considered real or personal property in WA.
