For example if I have been sued for a civil case, after I got summon, in order to protect my asset . can I do the legal asset protection by:
1. removing my name from the joint bank account with my wife? I don't make money transfer but at least can I remove my name from the joint account
2. selling my stocks and cars and buy a home ?
Also, I have an investment rental property shared with my wife, will that property exempt ?
