home in washington, dc, the home was left as a living estate for my grandmother, grandmother is now in nursing home, my aunt is executor for grandmother. my aunt is and has been living in home since it was will to grandmother about 5 years ago. if grandmother passes the home is then equally shared by aunt and niece. how does my aunt proceed to buy out the niece if she is giving my aunt grief? need all the help i can get to assist my aunt. thanks, tammie jones
