HOW CAN I FIND OUT WHAT BANKS THAT MY MOTHER HAD ACCOUNTS AT I KNOW OF ONE, AND CAN I GET BANK STATEMENTS FROM ACCOUNT THAT HAD MY MOTHER AND SISTER ON SAME ACCOUNT. MY SISTER SAYS THAT THERE WAS X AMOUNT IN ACCOUNT BUT I DO NOT BELIEVE HER..

You can find out ONLY by having the proper LEGAL authorization to do so.

So why aren't you asking sister to produce a bank statement that backs up what she says?

The only person legally authorized to request bank statement information is the executor/administrator of the estate. Is that you or are you both co-executors?
