I live in Kentucky. My parents are divorced but my Dad remarried for awhile and adopted a child. My Dad does'nt have a will made out. Since I was the 1st born and I am the only biological child will I have more rights than my half brother?

Can anyone else help me here? It just doesnt seem right I was the 1st born and I am the biological child. Where can I find reference to this matter on the net, any suggestions on web sites?

My response:

No. Your adopted brother has the same rights as you under the law, just as if he were your biological brother.
