Georgia. My husband planned to be buried with his exwife in her private family cemetery in another state. There are markers with the family name in the cemetery, he has paid money toward maintenece from time to time and his last written instructions (after we married) are that he wants to be buried there. If he tells me he changes his mind and and wants to be buried elsewhere...would my saying thats what he want be sufficient in court or would a court decide he should be buried with his ex? Thanks.
