What is the name of your state? Pennsylvania
My father was an artist and recently passed away. His business account was also in my stepmother's name. He would tour various native american art shows and festivals to sell his prints. As a family, we would like to honor him by continuing to make his artwork available via shows and his website. Can we continue this activity not as a business but as a means to establish a memorial fund which would be designated for college for his youngest son and his grandchildren? If so, how do we do this?
