What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? My current state is WA but this is in regards to NJ

Where can I get a small estate affidavit form to print online, specifically for the state of NJ, for free or very small fee?

(I had more details for this question but after a couple of minutes it logs you out so now I am typing a new one. I can add more details if someone needs but I don't have time to type the whole thing over again and this is my basic question)
