What is the name of your state? New Jersey

Not sure if my question should be in this thread or in the Financial thread.

I would prefer an attorney to handle my banking needs ( I of course would need access to the funds), so would an attorney be able to open an account for me, or how would that work?

Never trust anyone else with your money as long as you are able to handle your own affairs. After that set it up so that two people have to sign, one a family member and one a disinterested party.
