Can a deceased person's trust gift?

What is the name of your state? Florida

Can a trust of a deceased person gift or does a person have to be alive to gift? For years my dad has gifted the three kids. He recently passed away and we are wondering if his trust can gift as he did when he was alive?

My response:

Not unless it's written into the Trust terms and conditions. Now the Trustor is in charge, and makes the decisions.
