What is the name of your state? nh
my parents home was given to my brother and i (no other siblings) with a quit claim deed by our father. Our mother died 15 years back but it it seems it never went to probate. now we want to sell the property and have been told that when we find a buyer they or the sttorney may want to have it go through probate. Is this nessary, and can i do this myself? where would i start? thanks

How are the two names listed EXACTLY on the deed. And I mean not your interpretation but the exact wording.
