What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state?Arkansas
I am married but my wife and I have no children together. I have 4 children, all grown, from a previous marriage; my wife has 1 child, also grown, from a previous marriage.
Our house is paid for; we have about $50,000 in savings and about $60,000 in my 401K. If I die, I assume that everything will belong to my wife. Can I have a will made whereby my half of whatever liquid assets remain at the time of my death will be divided to my children ?
