there were three siblings. The aging, disabled parent was totally taken care of by two of the siblings while the third sibling was gone for over fifteen years. the will states that the property was to be divided equally, but the two siblings have financially supported, provided medical care and even had the parent move in with them until his death. Does the "missing sibling" still get a third of the estate?
