Hi thanks for your time; my home state is texas. my question is if there are nine children and five are trustees mentioned in the will.... can four out of the five trustees elect to sell the house out from under my mom. mom has lived in this house some 23 years with my grandfather before he died and he died in 1987. mom's complied with all the stipulations of the will which read" my daughters shall have preferental rights to live in the house constituting part of the trust property without being required to make rental payments so long as they pay taxes, ins.,upkeep and remain unmarried".
now the independent executor/trustee calls tonight saying they
the other four trustees are going to put the house up for sale.
"can they sell the house"?
how long does executorship last after death?
What are the duties of a trustee?
The herrassment is taking a toll on my mom's health. what should
i do? can i brigh a action against them for herrassment?

Your assistance will surely be welcomed.
Thanks in advance:mad:
