Hi, My fiance is 36 and I'm 38. He is currently waiting for a heart transplant . We got engaged last year, the problem is I'm afraid to marry him because if something were to go wrong, people say I will be liable for all his medical bills, is this true? He has life insurance , he lost that when the doctors made him quit working. I wish I could marry him right now, but would I just be setting myself up? We do share a bank account but thats it, the house is in my name only- I just want to be normal and be able to marry the person I love...
