Can you leave something in a will that you are not aware that you have? For example, if you inherited money but wasn't aware of it before you died, would that inheritance fall into your assets that you left in your will or where would it go considering there was no other survivorship language relating to the first inheritance?

It would be a part of your estate and be distributed to all heirs or to specific heirs based on the specific language of the will.
